Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Vortico Tech S.L. (“Vortico”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data through the website vortico.cloud (the “Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law.
1. Data controller
Vortico Tech S.L., holder of Spanish tax ID (CIF) B72630007, is the controller of the personal data processed through this Site. For any data protection matter you can contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you provide when you submit our contact or demo-request forms: your name, email address and the content of your message, and — for demo requests — the product you are interested in.
We also use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA processes technical information (such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interactions with the Site) to distinguish humans from automated traffic. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles about you.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to your enquiry or demo request and communicate with you about it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep our forms secure and prevent abuse (reCAPTCHA). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Form submissions are received and managed by email. We retain them for up to five (5) years from your last contact with us — in line with the general limitation period for legal claims under Spanish law (Art. 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code) — after which they are deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation (for example, tax or accounting record-keeping).
5. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the Site, in particular Google (Google reCAPTCHA and Google Cloud hosting). These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above indicates the most recent version.
10. Contact
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
